2. Services

Affairs of Beauty provides professional beauty services including, but not limited to:

  • Wig styling, installation, and maintenance
  • Braiding services (box braids, knotless, cornrows, goddess locs)
  • Hair cuts, styling, and color services
  • Nail services (manicures, pedicures, nail art, acrylics)
  • Bridal and special event packages

Service availability, pricing, and duration are subject to change. We will always communicate current pricing before beginning any service.

3. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking (see our Cancellation Policy).
  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and approved digital payment methods.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra hair, special products, or extended service time.
  • Gratuities are appreciated but not required.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Please inform us of any allergies, scalp conditions, or health concerns before your appointment.
  • Provide accurate contact information for appointment confirmations and reminders.
  • Arrive with clean, product-free hair (unless otherwise instructed by your stylist).
  • Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your service, please let your stylist know immediately so we can make adjustments. If concerns arise after your visit, contact us within 48 hours to discuss a complimentary correction. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Affairs of Beauty and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Photos & Social Media

We may take photos of completed styles for our portfolio and social media with your verbal or written consent. If you prefer not to have your photo taken or shared, please inform your stylist before the service begins. You may request removal of any previously shared photos at any time.

9. Liability

Affairs of Beauty is not responsible for any adverse reactions to products or services if the client failed to disclose relevant health information. We use professional-grade products and follow industry best practices, but individual results may vary. We are not liable for personal belongings left at the salon.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
